Mark Foster was a world, European and Commonwealth champion and world short-course freestyle record holder and swam for Great Britain at five Olympic Games before retiring after Beijing at the age of 38.
Currently to be seen as part of the BBC TV's Olympic TV commentary team, we recently caught up with Mark to talk about what it's like to be a Guinness World Record title holder, and his thoughts on which swimmers to look out for at London 2012.
